Bringing plastic in a new dimension
The new series of low-speed granulators from the G series finds ideal application in injection molding and blow molding. Three models are available with a rotor diameter of 200 mm and blade lengths of 150-300-450 mm. The soundproofed hopper and the use of adequate protections allow for safe use.

High-efficiency motors and belt transmission, with low speeds and limited power, allow for high production rates.
Extraction
Granulate extraction through pneumatic feeder or extraction screw with collection tank.

The granulate is produced with a low amount of dust.

LOW NOISE LEVELS:
The robustness of the rotor combined with the soundproofing of the hopper allows noise levels to remain below 80 dB(A).
EASY ACCESS:
Access to the cutting chamber without the use of tools and quick tilting of the hopper with a cushioned system allows for cleaning of the granulator in just a few minutes.
