Our custom dosing systems are ideal for a wide range of materials, from powders to granules. Each system is equipped with advanced components that ensure precision and reliability. The hoppers can be fed manually or automatically, and an integrated agitator prevents bridging, facilitating a constant flow to the dosing screw. A weighing system with load cells monitors the weight in real time, with speed adjustment of the screw via an inverter to meet production needs. Everything is managed by a Siemens PLC, capable of controlling up to eight dosing stations.
